Our company is led by Dr. Smiley Elmore Jr., DCEd, a NASM certified fitness coach and ordained minister with 36 years of experience. We help athletes, kids, and adults build strength physically, mentally, and spiritually for life. This is more than fitness, it is formation for the whole person.
Our Story
Dr. Smiley earned a Ministry Doctorate in Christian Education and has coached fitness for 36 years. A former American Gladiators guest, he traveled the world performing feats of strength while preaching the love of Jesus. He also serves as Assistant Chaplain for the local Sheriff's Office.
