Smiley Champion Fitness provides faith based fitness training and speaking services, including one on one personal training, group fitness training, online fitness coaching, school assembly speaking, keynote and motivational speaking, ministry events, and corporate events. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site or event conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service for safety, legal, or other reasonable business reasons.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates or pricing discussions provided verbally or informally are non binding unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing for training packages, speaking engagements, or other services may vary based on scope, format, duration, travel, group size, or other factors discussed during booking.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside the website through methods agreed upon during booking.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

Customers and event organizers are responsible for providing a safe environment for training sessions or speaking engagements. This includes securing any pets, hazards, or other risks at the location where services will be delivered.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be discussed and confirmed during booking.
